Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Appointment Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment with Dr. Ruksshana B at our Cuffe Parade clinic, we kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Cancellations made 24+ hours prior to scheduled time: 100% full refund of deposit or hassle-free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows: Consultation deposit is non-refundable.
2. Treatment Package Refunds
Multi-session packages (e.g. Laser Hair Reduction 6-Session Package, PRP Hair Growth 4-Session Bundle) are offered at discounted package rates.
- Unused package sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase minus the single-session standard rate for sessions already consumed.
- After 14 days or after consuming 50%+ of package sessions, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to store credit for alternate treatments.
3. Clinical Treatment Results Disclaimer
Laser and aesthetic treatments yield individual results depending on skin type, hormonal factors, and post-care compliance. While our clinic uses advanced, well-maintained technology and follows careful protocols, individual results cannot be guaranteed, and treatments already performed are non-refundable.
